Aids to Navigation
Through its parent company Tideland Signal we offer a complete range of marine aids to navigation including systems for use offshore in Zone 1 hazardous areas all certified under the ATEX Directive. Systems include LED lanterns, Fog Signals and Radar Beacons with monitoring and alarm systems.
An LED 15NM main light, the MLED 180 HI Ex brings the benefits of LED technology - low power consumption, low maintenance - to the Zone 1 environment. The AB68 fog signal is Zone 1 certified and can be controlled manually or automatically by a Sentry Ex fog detector which switches the fog signal on and off when preset visibility conditions are met. The Seabeacon 2 System 6 radar beacon is available for safe and hazardous area installation and identifies the platform on vessels radar.
Lanterns for general marine use including self contained lanterns, buoys and beacons are also available.
